Baguette with vegetables and tuna

The baguette is French bread with crispy crust, also known as baguette. Small baguettes are mostly used for sandwiches, and sliced are served with pate and cheese, but the combination of tuna fish can not be compared to anything else.

Preparation time: 15 min.
Quantity of products per serving.


1 canned tuna fish / in own sauce /
1 tsp. capers
2 tsp. mayonnaise
1 handful of finely chopped red onions
1 handful of finely chopped roasted peppers
Lemon juice
1 handful of finely chopped tomatoes
1 handful of cut olives without stone
Olive oil

Method of preparation:

1. In a large bowl, mix a can of tuna fish, capers, mayonnaise, red onion, roasted peppers and lemon juice.
2. Stir the mixture to homogeneity.
3. Cut the bagels in two.
4. Put the lettuce on the lower half of the baguettes.
5. Put the mixture on the lettuce.
6. Sprinkle with chopped tomatoes and olives without stones.
7. Add some olive oil.
8. Place the top of the baguettes.
9. Serve.
