It is time for a healthy, easy and tasty recipe, suitable for every day. It is difficult to withstand Italian cuisine, even more when is combined with a high dose of vitamins, such as today’s recipe with tuna fish.

Quantity of products for 4 servings.
Products:
400 grams of pasta (spaghetti)
Half-head old onion
300 grams of broccoli
1 lemon / lemon peel and 3 teaspoons lemon juice/
Green olives
Capers
¼ cup of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 canned tuna fish / in own sauce /
Method of preparation:
1. Put the spaghetti in the boiling water.
2. Cut the onion.
3. Take a comfortable deep bowl and place all the ingredients there so you can flavor them more easily.
4. Cut broccoli on roses. The smaller the broccoli roses, the faster they will cook.
5. Broch the broccoli or put them in boiling water with spaghetti. You can cook them for 2-3 minutes.
6. Grated the lemon peel in the big bucket where you put onions, spaghetti and broccoli.
7. Add 3 tsp. lemon juice on the mixture.
8. Add more green olives, capers and ¼ cup olive oil.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add the tuna.
10. Serve.
