Meatballs with tomato sauce

For the Meatballs:

1 tea cup milk
Bread in pieces
1 egg
Lemon peel
Parsley
Dried oregano
Parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
1 canned tuna fish / in own sauce /
Baking paper
Olive oil

For the sauce:

Olive oil
Onion and garlic
2 large spoons of thick tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pinch of brown sugar
Parsley
Raisins
Parmesan

Method of preparation:

For the Meatballs:

1. In a deep dish, pour milk and soak the bread.
2. Add the egg, grated lemon peel, parsley, dried lime, parmesan.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add the tuna to the mixture.
5. Place baking paper in the baking pan. Grease the paper with a little buckthorn and shape the meatballs from the premix.
6. Bake fish meatballs.

For the sauce:

1. In a deep pan, heat a little salty.
2. Fry onion and garlic.
3. Add the thickened tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add 1 pinch of brown sugar and a little parsley to the color.
5. Serve in a deep dish.
6. Arrange the sauce with raisins and add the fishballs at the top.
7. Sprinkle the dish with grated parmesan and parsley.
