Products:
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 cups of moroccan couscous
2 tablespoons capers
1 handful of cut black olives without a stone
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
1 handful of finely chopped red peppers
1 handful of finely chopped appleswax
Basil leaves
1 canned tuna fish / in own sauce /
Pepper and olive oil to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Place 2 tsp. lemon juice in a large container.
2. Add 2 cups of moroccan couscous, capers, black olives without stones, grated lemon peel, finely chopped garlic, red peppers and apricot. Add more basil leaves, tuna and season with pepper and olive oil to taste.
3. Mix the mixture.
4. Serve.
5. You can arrange with parsley or basil.
