Products:
1 large baked potato (with peel)
Curd
Cherry tomatoes
Chopped sour fresh onions, parsley and hot pepper
1 canned tuna fish / in own sauce /
Pepper to taste
Method of preparation:

- 1. Cut the roasted potatoes into two equal halves.

- 2. Using a small spoon, scrub the inside of the potato (leaving a sufficient amount around the shell to prevent it falling apart).

- 3. Separate the carved piece of potatoes from another pot.

- 4. In a deep bowl, mix the cottage cheese, chop the tomatoes, fresh onions, parsley, hot pepper, tuna and season with pepper.

- 5. Mix the mixture so that it gets something like a rough mashed.

- 6. Fill the two potato halves with the prepared mixture.

- 7. Bake for 10 minutes in oven on baking paper.
- 8. Garnish the dish with cherry tomatoes.
