Spicy potato pocket with tuna fish

Surprise your loved ones with something spicy for the evening. Di Alba’s new proposal – a spicy potato pocket with tuna fish.

Preparation time: 60 min.
Quantity of products per serving.

Products:

1 large baked potato (with peel)
Curd
Cherry tomatoes
Chopped sour fresh onions, parsley and hot pepper
1 canned tuna fish / in own sauce /
Pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

    1. 1. Cut the roasted potatoes into two equal halves.
    1. 2. Using a small spoon, scrub the inside of the potato (leaving a sufficient amount around the shell to prevent it falling apart).
    1. 3. Separate the carved piece of potatoes from another pot.
    1. 4. In a deep bowl, mix the cottage cheese, chop the tomatoes, fresh onions, parsley, hot pepper, tuna and season with pepper.
    1. 5. Mix the mixture so that it gets something like a rough mashed.
    1. 6. Fill the two potato halves with the prepared mixture.
    1. 7. Bake for 10 minutes in oven on baking paper.
      8. Garnish the dish with cherry tomatoes.
