Tuna Burgers

Products:

For the fishbell:

½ onion – chopped finely
Celery
½ cup mayonnaise
1 canned tuna fish / in own sauce /
Salt and pepper to taste
2 claws of breadcrumbs
Slice tomato
Burgers for burgers
Lettuce leaves

About Spicy Mayonnaise::

1 red hot pepper / roasted red pepper
½ cup mayonnaise

Method of preparation:

    1. 1. In a large bowl, mix finely chopped onions, celery, mayonnaise, tuna, salt and pepper to taste. Add breadcrumbs to dry the mixture.
    1. 2. Form the fish pie.
    1. 3. Heat the hotplate with a little bit of fat.
    1. 4. Prepare your dish with ablative paper.
    1. 5. Make the spicy mayonnaise / ½ cup mayonnaise + red hot pepper /
    1. 6. Cut the burgers into two.
    1. 7. Place the spicy mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, fishmeal on the bottom and seal with the top of the bread roll.
      8. Serve.
