Rice salad with tuna fish

Fast, easy, tasty with Di Alba – tuna fish!

Quantity of products for 4 servings.


Finely chopped tomatoes
Finely chopped green olives
Fresh onion
Red peppers (on strips)
Lemon juice
1 canned tuna fish / in own sauce /
2-3 tsp. mayonnaise
Olive oil

Method of preparation:

    1. 1. Boil rice.
    1. 2. Add to the pre-cooked rice the finely chopped tomatoes and green olives. Add finely chopped onions, red peppers, boiled peas, a little lemon juice. Add to this mixture tuna fish, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, olive oil and pepper to taste.
    1. 3. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
      4. Serve.
