Products:
Finely chopped tomatoes
Finely chopped green olives
Fresh onion
Red peppers (on strips)
Peas
Lemon juice
1 canned tuna fish / in own sauce /
2-3 tsp. mayonnaise
Parsley
Salt
Olive oil
Pepper
Method of preparation:

- 1. Boil rice.

- 2. Add to the pre-cooked rice the finely chopped tomatoes and green olives. Add finely chopped onions, red peppers, boiled peas, a little lemon juice. Add to this mixture tuna fish, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, olive oil and pepper to taste.

- 3. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- 4. Serve.
