Stuffed еggplant with tuna fish

Products:

Garlic and red onion – sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 eggplant
1 canned tuna fish / in own sauce /
2 eggs
Basil leaves
Parmesan – grated
Tomato paste
Fresh onion – chopped sour

Method of preparation:

    1. 1. Fry the garlic and red onions in a little grease.
    1. 2. Season with salt and pepper.
    1. 3. With a small spoon, carve the inside of the eggplant.
    1. 4. Pour the carved eggplant into the pan. Add tuna too.
    1. 5. Beat two eggs. Pour them into the pan with other products.
    1. 6. Mix.
    1. 7. Cut sliced ​basil leaves and add them to the mixture.
    1. 8. Fill the two equal halves of the eggplant with the mixture.
    1. 9. Sprinkle with parmesan.
    1. 10. Bake for 15 minutes in a baking oven.
    1. 11. Heat the tomato paste.
      12. Serve eggplant with tomato paste garnish. Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh onion.
